Paul June CEO & Founder – Barrel of Monkeys

Barrel of monkeys is a full service creative marketing company. The company found its roots after having successful relationships with southern California venture network marketing groups. These relationships lasted for over one and a half years. The real reason behind these working relationships was interests in network marketing, the kind that drifts from the typical network marketing to high quality network relationships with the real decision makers. This is a great foundation that strategically places individuals on the forefront; it is leverage to marketers looking for business.

There is a lot of value when you have foundations built at the high end network with C level people, directors and other persons holding higher positions. This type of strategic networking is effective since it is more involving and business driven. Business works through relationships, however, the ideal business relationship is the one that builds on a foundation of trust.

Trust bound relationships make it ideal for business relationships; trust allows you to comfortably build stronger bonds and creates grounds for more serious transactions in future. When there is conviction in all your discussions it is easy to win the heart through sharing personalized conversations. Being able to hold informal talks with decision makers is a plus since it gives marketers an opportunity to create a fit, and this makes it easy to follow up for closure.

Most people join the Southern California Venture networking group without knowing the real value behind their marketing concepts. Most look at it as an opportunity to make a quick buck and that is not the case. Venture networking puts a lot of emphasis on the value generated from the networks. This is not to say that they do not focus on the developments brought about by the venture networking markets, and the financial contributions which are key growth components for any start up business. They look at the perceived value of healthy working relationships that in the end create business opportunities, which is the main concept behind venture marketing.

Networking for business is a stepping stone that exposes individuals to greater things in life. There is a lot of fun and excitement since people get to meet different individuals who later have an impact on your life. The real deal comes about when you meet high end decision makers and you bring them close through working relationships. This grows your network with new important contacts. These contacts become close friends who not only understand your business but eventually have conviction in you.
