Paolo Nagari CEO & Founder – InterCultural Group

Paolo Nagari was originally from Italy, and is the CEO and founder of the company InterCultural Group. What the company does is it trains people cross culturally. The company began as an idea Paolo Nagari tried to give to a prominent consulting company based in Milan. The company said, "No, the people are not ready for this idea yet Paolo." Paolo begged to differ, so he quit his job, and moved from Italy to the United States to start his own consulting firm. The company was immediately very successful. The first client being the big online corporation known as google.

At an early age Paolo Nagari's parents taught him to have an interest in other cultures. He was a foreign exchange student twice. Paolo's first trip was to france for a week. Later he became a foreign exchange student in the United States for over a year. These experiences really developed in Paolo a passion for other cultures which helped him to start his business.

The best advice Paolo said he can give to beginning entrepreneurs is to focus on the core values of your company. Figure out what's important to you. Paolo also talks about how it's important that entrepreneurs learn how to speak. It helps them to present their services in a way that will sell to their clientele at conferences globally.
