Peter Blacksted CEO- Classroom Manager

Peter Blacksted is an entrepreneur who makes his living by helping to train other entrepreneurs. In today's sagging economy, many people of all ages are turning to their own creativity and ingenuity in order to make a dollar. Of course, young people in particular may have the energy and innovative knack, but lack the decades of experience that is typical of successful and seasoned business people. While there is no substitute for experience, Peter Blacksted gives a crash course in understanding how to properly manage a business.

He makes the point early on in the video that a skillful manager can run an office and business in general, taking less time to complete more tasks. In Peter's own words, he helps his clients learn how to "optimize their busy work." After all, if a person is running a service and has a lot of accounting to do or phone calls to make, then it is possible to get too wrapped up in the managerial aspects of business. This leaves less time for doing the actual work. With the proper training, the aspiring businessperson learns how to climb over paper as quickly and painlessly as possible.

While training is one of their services, they also comb through existing business and provide direct pointers on how to improve and optimize that business. Since many entrepreneurs do not have a formal education or experience directly related to the field they are entering into, they need advice from individuals who are expert on business of all variety. Some people are better at language than other, while some might know about useful or inexpensive software that could take their service to the next level. Being apart of a network of professionals provides a lot of advantages.

The point is made repeatedly through the video that it really is the customer who is the most important form of advertising. Learning how to understand the customer and how to fully satisfy their needs is essential to running a successful business. Getting insight into the consumer and delivering great results on a consistent basis is the difference between success and dismal failure.

The video is put together in a professional package, and while it is mostly dialogue, it is an effective and persuasive presentation. In three minutes, some important bits of advice are given, enticing the listener to fully participate in the program. It is worth listening to, just to learn about capital and money management.
